Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 23, 2026

Grafted Time Services values fairness, transparency, and client satisfaction. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid service fees.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.

Notary Services

Once a notarial act has been completed, fees for the service are non-refundable.

If a notarization cannot be completed because the client fails to provide proper identification, required documentation, or otherwise does not meet legal requirements, any appointment fees already paid may be non-refundable.

Translation Services

Clients may cancel a translation project before work begins and receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

Once translation work has begun, refunds may be reduced based on the amount of work already completed.

Completed translations, certified translations, and delivered translation services are non-refundable.

Errors and Corrections

If a client believes a translation contains an error, Grafted Time Services must be notified within 14 days of delivery.

Verified translation errors attributable to Grafted Time Services will be corrected at no additional charge.

Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible and may require several business days to process.
