Notarial services are limited to those acts authorized under Massachusetts law.

5. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any notarization request that does not comply with Massachusetts law, ethical standards, public policy, or notarial best practices.

Payment of a travel fee or appointment fee does not guarantee completion of a notarization.

6. Appointment and Travel Services

Appointments are subject to availability.

Travel fees, if applicable, are separate from statutory notarial fees and compensate for travel time and related expenses.

If a notarization cannot be completed because the signer lacks proper identification, required documents, or legal capacity, travel fees may remain non-refundable.

7. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be disclosed before the appointment whenever possible.

All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

8. Translation and Document Support Services

If offered, translation, document preparation assistance, certification assistance, apostille guidance, or related administrative services are separate from notarial services.

Such services do not constitute legal advice or legal representation.

Any translation or administrative assistance is provided solely for convenience and informational purposes.
