Grafted Time Services provides certified translation and document translations with notarized Certificate of Accuracy services. Our goal is to provide accurate, complete, and professional translations based on the information and documents provided by our clients.

Accuracy of Source Documents

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and legible documents. Grafted Time Services is not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained in the original source documents.

Certified Translations

A certified translation includes a statement from the translator attesting that the translation is complete and accurate to the best of the translator's knowledge and ability.

A certified translation does not constitute:

• Legal advice

• Legal validation of a document

• Authentication

• An apostille

• Government approval or endorsement

Acceptance by Third Parties

Requirements for translated documents vary among government agencies, courts, educational institutions, employers, consulates, and private organizations.

Grafted Time Services cannot guarantee that any translation, certification, or supporting document will be accepted by a specific institution or authority.

Customers are responsible for confirming all requirements with the receiving organization before ordering services.

Limitation of Responsibility

Translation services are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Grafted Time Services shall not be responsible for decisions made by third parties regarding the acceptance, rejection, or use of translated documents.
